Fireworks kills one in Medemblik
A 51-year-old man died due to a fireworks accident in Medemblik, Tuesday around 18:30.The fireworks went off on the Geldelozepad. The police suspects the fireworks were heavy. The case is under investigation. It is still unclear what exactly happened, because the man was already dead when the police arrived, according to a police spokesperson.

A 13-year-old from Harderwijk and a 17-year-old boy from Tolbert in Groningen both died from injuries after a fireworks bomb exploded.
