Judge stops criminal case against dead terrorist

The judge put a stop to the persecution of the (most likely) deceased suspected terrorist Soufiane S. yesterday, AD reports. According to several sources, Soufiane Z. died on the battlefield in Syria a few weeks ago. The Public Prosecutor wanted to continue with the persecution because, according to the Prosecutor, there is no evidence that he is really dead. No investigation was done into the matter. But the judge decided not to continue with the trial. Terror suspects Anis Z. and Hatim R.'s lawsuits also appeared in court yesterday. Both suspects are (probably) in Syria at this time, and were thus not present at the hearing. They also did not get legal representation.
