Victim in Amsterdam Red Light District fight dies of injuries

The 32-year-old man seriously injured in a fight in Amsterdam's Red Light District on Saturday night, passed away of his injuries on Monday morning, the police announced. The man sustained brain injuries and ended up in a coma after he and a group of friends tried to intervene in a fight between two other groups of men. The police are looking for three men who appear to be East-European. One is short, about 1.65 meters tall, with a thin built in dark hair cut in a mowhawk. The second is about 1.7 meters tall, muscular with dark blond hair worn in a crew cut. The third is about 1.8 meters tall with short dark hair. Investigators also want to talk to any witnesses or anyone who took pictures or video footage of the fight on Oudezijds Acterburgwal around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday.
